Results: Out 2713 patients, 1530 (56.4%) male, mean age was 12.77 (0-20). Four (0.14%) positive, positivity 61.22%. The difference statistically significant when compared (p<0.001). highest found 0 5 group. Conclusion: There has been decrease virus infection rates introducing vaccine routine infant programs. widespread introduction vaccination should be targeted considering its geographical sociocultural diversity. This paper reports an unusual pattern of serological HBV markers and the presence of HBsAg/anti-HBs immune complexes in serum samples from two patients with fulminant hepatitis from the Brazilian Western Amazon Basin. The diagnosis was made by both serologic tests and demonstration of antigen/antibody complexes by transmission electron microscopy. Concurrent Delta virus superinfection is also d...
